Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services
Another Level Counseling & Consultation aims to provide proven and evidence based strategies and techniques to assist individuals, families and communities in improving their overall functioning.  We are pleased to be able to provide the following mental health and substance abuse services in the Charlotte area:
                                                 
 
Outpatient Counseling Services (ages 4 & up) Individual, family and group counseling services are available and provided by trained therapists who are dedicated towards meeting your individual needs.  Services can be provided in the home and in an office setting. We provide mental health and substance abuse counseling services.
 
Medication Management (ages 16 & up)  Our agency is excited to be able to offer you medication management services under the direction of our Medical Director, a Board Certified Psychiatrist.  Within our medication management program, we provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management services as well as psychoeducation regarding psychoactive medications.  We have two providers available to provide medication management services for you.  Our agency focuses on medication services for individuals age 16 and above.
 
Intensive In Home Services (ages 4-21)  Services are provided to promote the development of positive social and family relationships, support existing educational programming, and preserve current placements within the home for children who have mental health and behavioral problems.  Services also help to reunify children who are currently placed outside of the home.  Our services provide a staff of three team members who work with each family to ensure that behavior issues are addressed, parenting skills training is provided, and crises are resolved.  Each team consists of two professionals and a licensed professional.  Services are time limited and involve intensive work inside of the home.
 
Community Support Team (ages 18 & up)  Services are provided to assist adults with mental health concerns receive necessary supports, linkage to available resources, and fulfillment of personal goals in order to improve overall functioning level.  Each adult is paired with 3 professionals who assist them in meeting goals identified in their personal treatment plan.  Services are provided to ensure that adults are linked to services within the community.  Services are time limited, intensive and require intensive work in the home and community.  Services are available for substance abuse and/or mental health populations.
 
 
ASPIRE Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (Adolescents and Adults)   Our SAIOP program is a structured individual and group program focused on addiction activities and services that assist adolescent and adult consumers to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance.  This program provides individual counseling and support, group counseling, family counseling, urine drug screens, relapse prevention strategies, life skills, crisis contingency planning, disease management and treatment support activities.
 
Clinical Assessments (Children and Adults)Comprehensive assessments are provided in order to assess existing mental health problems or concerns and determine eligibility for additional services.  A team conducts assessments and makes recommendations regarding recommended services.
