self-referrals, EAP referrals and agency referrals.
To start services for yourself or a family member, please contact the office directly at (704) 548-5298 and inform the office that you are interested in services. The intake professional will ask you a few questions and schedule a time for a prescreening. The prescreening allows the agency to determine which services may be best suited for your needs.
To refer an individual for services, please complete the (please click on form) and fax it to our office, call our office at (704) 548-5298 or email the completed referral form to referrals@anotherlevelservices.com. When we receive your referral, we will contact you within 24 business hours. If this is an agency based referral, we will send you a Referral Update Form so you can stay informed about your referral.

Referral Form Another Level Counseling and Consultation has current openings for the following programs:
Intensive in Home - (Openings) Home, family based program for children with behavioral and mental health concerns. Provides individual, family counseling and parent skills training
Community Support Team (Openings)- Community based program for adults with mental illness requiring case management services, provides linkage to community resources
Outpatient Counseling Services (Openings) - Office based services (accepting Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Compsych insurances)
Comprehensive Assessments (Ongoing) - we provide assessments for agencies with a 48 hour turnaround time
Psychiatric Evaluations (Ongoing) - we provide assessments for agencies with a scheduled appointment within 4-6 weeks.
ASPIRE SAIOP Program(Ongoing) - we provide ongoing admission into our SAIOP program.
Substance Abuse Assessments (Ongoing) - we provide assessments for agencies with a 48 hour turnaround
